Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what data ConsentForms.xyz does and does not collect. The short version: we do not run user accounts, we do not ask for your email, and the contents of any template you download never reach our servers.

Template downloads

All PDF and Word documents on this site are generated client-side — the code that builds the file runs inside your own browser. Anything you type into a downloaded document stays on your device. We never receive, log or store the contents of a consent form you create or complete.

Accounts and personal data

There is no signup, login, profile or payment on this site, so we hold no names, email addresses or payment details. We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it.

Analytics and server logs

Our hosting provider may record standard technical request logs — such as the page requested, timestamp, approximate region and browser type — for security and reliability purposes. This information is not used to identify individuals and is not combined with any other data.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional, for example remembering interface state within a single visit.

Third-party resources

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, your IP address is visible to that provider under their own privacy terms. No other third-party scripts are embedded in our pages.

External links

Where we link to an external organisation for reference, that site's own privacy policy applies once you leave ConsentForms.xyz.

Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis for the minimal technical logging described above is legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Because we do not run accounts, forms or advertising trackers, we normally hold nothing that identifies you. If you believe we do, email hello@consentforms.xyz and we will investigate and respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Exercising these rights will never result in different treatment.

To make any request, email hello@consentforms.xyz. Since we hold no account data, we may be unable to link a request to any stored record — that is the expected outcome, not a refusal.

Data retention and international transfers

Technical request logs are held by our hosting provider for a short operational period and then discarded. Because our host and font provider operate global networks, a request may be served from a data centre outside your country under those providers' own safeguards.

Children

This site is aimed at adults completing consent paperwork. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page before the change takes effect.
